My life was busy back in 2016, working a full-time job, full-time care giver. In my world my health was in good, therefore I didn’t share any news to others. Going about daily lifestyle, Until!

After having my six months phone appointment with my Pulmonologist in February 2020 related to my Chronic Lung Condition known as NSIP (nonspecific interstitial pneumonia) had become my life reality shock! Going into denial for over four years I became to realize that I was only hurting my body. That being said, what I should of done was accept the fact I need to take my medication called Mycophenolic acid in 2016.

I realized that I needed to make changes and ensure my health was a priority. One of the critical factors in my health was my diet. With research, I found that protein plays a vital role in my (our) bodies. Every cell in the human body contains protein. The basic structure of the protein is a chain of amino acids. I lacked this in my diet to repair my cells and make new ones.

Delicious, all-in-one-meal. Clinically proven to help create the foundation for a longer, healthier life.

My (our) body requires protein in order to function properly, and without it, we would hardly be able to function at all. And with our busy schedules and running around, it can be difficult to make sure we’re getting the nutrients we need, as well as maintaining a balanced diet and keeping our weight low and our energy levels high.

By adding a wide range of foods high in protein like the ones mentioned above in your diet, you become less-likely to be at risk of deficiencies in certain amino acids and live a healthier life.

In all honesty, I was skeptical, but for my improved health – I was willing to take a chance and make a change.
I have been taking this protein shake every day for the past two years, and it has made an enormous difference in my body, and I continue to find ways to incorporate more things to help my body.

I have also included a regular exercise routine because I found just sitting around was doing more harm to my body, so now I’m working out 2 or 3 times a week. Challenging myself each day by walking a bit further, to improve my overall health.
