I often hear individual say that why do we have to drink x amount of water? Or like my husband says he rather drink milk, pop or coffee. My husband worked outside during the summer months and on the hottest day. Many of time he had come home saying he wasn’t feeling good and there I was asking him how much water did you drink?

He soon realized that water intake was essential for his body, after coming home from work due to heat stroke. His body was overheated and could not cool down. Working outside for a long period of time exposed to high temperatures where he was dehydrated and over exerted. Not once but twice I witness this experience where he would drag himself up the stairs, take some aspirins and fall asleep for hours.

Drinking water regular your body temperature, helps with salvia. It protects your tissues, spinal cord, and joints, flushes out waste from your body, not to mention it helps with brain fog.

Proper hydration helps boost energy, aids in cognitive function, helps improve our mood, skin, illness (kidney stones, constipation, urinary tract infection and hypertension) Water intake helps carry nutrients and oxygen to the entire body. Reaching the daily water intake will improve your circulation, have a positive impact on our overall health.

Cheers to the intake on your Water!
